· Flinders Medical Centre
· Modbury Hospital
· Glenside Hospital
· Women’s & Children’s Hospital
· Repatriation General Hospital
· Mt Gambier Hospital
· Lyell McKewin Hospital
A paper copy is also still being sent for these patients.
